Acceptance, Growth, & Recovery
A safe space where you can find peace of mind
I embrace an eclectic approach to counseling, meaning I pull from a wide array of different psychological theories, practices, and techniques in order to provide you with the best possible treatment I can. I ensure to tailor your treatment based on your individual needs to my best ability. I have a background in CBT (Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy), Mindfulness, MI (Motivational Interviewing), TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused CBT), and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy). My number one goal is to provide you with a warm, empathetic, genuine, and safe environment in which you can grow and reach your full potential.

In 2019, I received my Masters in Psychology: Clinical Counseling from The Citadel Graduate College in Charleston, SC. In 2014, I am currently a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA #7499) in the State of South Carolina. For the past 3 years, I have had experience providing individual, family, couples, and group counseling for children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings. Mental health has been my passion since I changed my major to Psychology during my undergraduate studies.
"You are not supposed to be happy all the time. Life hurts and it's hard. Not because you're doing it wrong, but because it hurts for everybody. Don't avoid the pain. You need it. It's meant for you. Be still with it, let it come, let it go, let it leave you with the fuel you'll burn to get your work done on this earth."
